About Project

This CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development multi-family project is a 4-story building over a concrete pedestal with a community courtyard at the second level. These are Type V 1Hr Sprinkled wood frame buildings over a Type I concrete podium. Valencia Pointe Apartments will have 102 affordable units of one- and two-bedroom units, with ample secured parking and open space landscaping and fully secured site fencing. Unit interiors include full appliance packages, private balconies, wood plank flooring, quartz counter tops and state of the art LED lighting with controls.
